Shipping Policy

We deliver Australia wide. Items are packed for maximum protection during delivery. We use a wide range of shipping carriers with the cheapest and best service. Some of the carriers we use include: TNT, Fastway Couriers, Startrack Express, Australia Post Express and Parcel Post Tracking. We do not accept cash on delivery, nor is pick-up available on any of our items.

We use several warehouses from around Australia. The actual time in transit depends on where the item is sent from and where it is going too. This can vary if you live remotely from a capital city or in Tasmania, Western Australia, far North Queensland or Northern Territory. All of our policies are aimed at getting products to you reliably and as quickly as reasonably possible.

All deliveries are authorised to leave, unless instructed otherwise by you. If no special delivery instructions are provided to us by you when completing your purchase, then couriers will have authority to leave your item at your location. Once your item is logged as delivered by the courier, they will not be liable for damaged or missing items. If the courier is unable to deliver your item due to access/safety they will leave a card. It is then your responsibility to contact the couriers for re-delivery. You will be charged a second re-delivery fee. If this is not acceptable please ensure you provide us with a business address (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) for delivery or ensure that someone will be at your location to sign for the goods. Please check your delivery before signing for it "received in good condition". Couriered items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide your street address.
