Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?

We ship to islands or remote parts of a country, but not all of them.

We don’t deliver to:  Norfolk Islands, Christmas Island, Cocos (keeling) Islands and Australian Antarctic Territory. 

Please note: we don’t ship to the mentioned locations. Additional payment to ship to these locations is not possible.

How do I return a product?

Depending on the product and the reason why you want to return, we will either organize a pick-up or we will send you a return label.

When will I receive my refund?

It takes between 10 business days. This depends on the payment method you paid with.

Will I receive a full refund including transport costs?

You have to message our helpful customer service for the issued and they will address it in timely manner.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

You can find an estimated delivery time on the product page.

Delivery time also depends on the type of product you ordered. Some products are bigger or heavier than usual, which means they take a bit longer to deliver.

 

You will receive an automatically generated email including a Track and Trace link and carrier information as soon as the item has been dispatched. The link 'track your order' redirects you to the status of your order
